Pradeep Kaintura (Founder and Yoga Trainer)
I am a passionate practitioner of yoga, with over 20 years of practising, and over 10 years of teaching yoga. I hold a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) certification from the Yoga Alliance and have completed extensive training in Hatha yoga. Additionally, I have a 1 year Hatha yoga diploma from Swami Vivekananda Yoga School, as well as yoga certification from Ayush India.
Teaching Style:
My teaching style is focused on guiding students towards a deeper understanding of their own bodies and mind through yoga. I encourage students to listen to their bodies and adjust postures as needed, in order to practice yoga in a safe and mindful way.
Certifications:
- RYT-200, Yoga Alliance Certified;
- 1 year Hatha yoga diploma, Swami Vivekananda Yoga School;
- Yoga certification, Ayush India.
